Heba Abdulla - Osteopath - Osteopathic Manual Practitioner - D.O.M.P., BSc Kin

Heba graduated as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner from the National Academy of Osteopathy. In addition, she has a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Kinesiology (specializing in Rehabilitation Sciences) from the University of Waterloo. 

Heba is passionate about injury prevention and being able to assist patients with chronic pain. She believes that simple aspects of body movement and posture are key to leading a healthy lifestyle. Her treatment encompasses identifying the root causes of pain and providing holistic remedies for a better-functioning body.

Always cheerful with a friendly attitude, Heba is also a dance instructor, ballerina, pianist and swimmer, giving her exposure to various forms of movement-related injuries. She is well-versed in athletic therapy and injury prevention with the goal of educating patients about their overall well-being. Her other interests include drawing, reading and travelling.

Carly Borutskie RMT

Carly Borutskie - RMT

Carly is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with honours at Anderson College, previously achieving a Bachelor of Sociology at Wilfrid Laurier University, demonstrating her multifaceted understanding of human experiences and behaviours.

Filled with a genuine passion for fostering connections and aiding individuals on their unique paths to recovery, Carly's heart-centred approach is evident: she volunteers with a variety of people ranging from athletes to individuals with disabilities, women who are pregnant, young children, and the elderly. With a strong grasp of the human body's intricate workings, she customizes treatments to align with each client's distinct requirements. Carly offers a wide variety of techniques including: postural assessment, general Swedish massage, remedial exercise, trigger point therapy, active release techniques, joint mobilizations, muscle lengthening techniques, fascial techniques, and deep tissue massage.

Being an athlete herself, she has an intimate understanding of the demands and challenges that athletes and fitness enthusiasts face. This first-hand experience allows her to individually tailor massage techniques to address the specific needs of those engaged in strenuous physical activities, promoting quicker recovery and enhanced performance. Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize your training routine or an individual striving for overall well-being, Carly is committed to guiding you on your journey to health. Her fusion of academic knowledge, professional training, and a personal passion for fitness makes her a trusted partner in your pursuit of holistic wellness. Carly values finding the root cause of a client's discomfort and working together to promote their healing and rehabilitation.

Raven Parkinson RMT

Raven Parkinson - RMT

Raven is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who embarked on a journey in the field of therapeutic massage after graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in the early summer of 2011. Since then, her dedication has been unwavering, as she devotes her practice to making a positive difference in the lives of her clients.

Raven's passion lies in the art of helping individuals navigate through pain and discomfort, focusing on symptom management, rehabilitative treatments, and the profound benefits of deep tissue work. Her commitment to the well-being of her clients goes beyond her professional expertise; it's deeply rooted in her personal journey.

Being a proud member of the LGBTQ2S+ community, Raven understands firsthand the importance of understanding care. She knows that finding supportive care can sometimes be a challenge, and she is determined to create a safe and welcoming space for all. Raven's unique perspective and personal experience empower her to offer not just an exceptional therapeutic massage but also a compassionate and empathetic approach to her clients' needs.

Shannon Primmer RMT

She/Her

Shannon is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist, having completed her studies at CCMH in 2019. She is driven and determined to excel in her profession, with a particular expertise in providing effective therapy for mental health and deep tissue issues.

She is continually seeking to expand her knowledge and skillset to assist a broader range of clients with diverse conditions. Shannon is a personable and humorous individual who values building connections with her clients. Her warm and friendly nature fosters a comfortable and safe environment, enabling her to provide tailored treatment to each client.
