Stone Silo Counselling & Wellness – Listowel

Our Listowel location is situated right in downtown Listowel, making it easy to access whether you’re coming from work, home, or elsewhere in the community. We wanted this space to feel convenient, approachable, and comfortable — not clinical or intimidating. When you walk through the door, our hope is that you feel at ease and able to just be yourself.

At Stone Silo Listowel, we offer a range of counselling and wellness services designed to support people through many different life experiences. Our team works with individuals, couples, and families, and provides support for concerns such as stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, and overall mental and emotional well-being. We also offer Registered Massage Therapy at this location, allowing clients to access both mental health and physical wellness services in one familiar space.

We believe care works best when it feels collaborative and respectful. Our approach is grounded, flexible, and tailored to each person — there’s no one “right” way to show up or heal. Whether you’re coming in with a specific concern or simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right, we meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels manageable.

We know that starting therapy or wellness services can feel daunting. That’s why we’ve been intentional about creating an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and human. This isn’t a place where you need to have everything figured out or use the “right” words. It’s a place to sit down, take a breath, and begin.

We’re also committed to making care more accessible in our community. Our Listowel location is home to our pay-what-you-can therapy program, which reflects our belief that support should be available to people at different stages and circumstances in life.
