Based on a deeply personal healing journey, this group offers tools, conversations, and reflection for those ready to shift from survival mode to a place of clarity, value, and intention.

My healing journey began over 20 years ago, sparked by a curiosity about my own behaviour and thinking patterns. As I explored deeper, I realized many of my emotions were buried and unexpressed. Over the years, I committed to therapy, studied trauma, and trained in creating safe spaces—both within myself and for others.

For more than 14 years, I’ve worked as a mental health and addictions counsellor in shelter and prison systems. These experiences, along with my personal growth, have shown me how common it is to feel alone and how unconscious emotional blocks can shape our behaviours and thoughts.

The tools that supported my healing are the same ones I now use in my coaching practice. I guide others in reconnecting with themselves through practices like self-compassion, journaling, mandala meditations, inner child tarot, and vision boards.

I believe my strong sense of self comes from embracing every part of who I am—even the parts that once felt safer in hiding. By cultivating self-compassion, I’ve learned to live more fully in mind, body, and spirit—and I support others on their journey as they open to do the same.
