Her experience working with children, youth, and families allows her to adapt her approach to different ages, circumstances, and therapeutic needs.
Jenni believes that people are often doing the best they can while navigating the challenges in front of them. Rather than approaching therapy with judgment, she brings curiosity and compassion to the process, helping clients understand their experiences and build on the strengths they already have.
For younger clients, Jenni uses games and art-based activities to make counselling more engaging and create opportunities for connection and self-expression. For youth and families, she provides supportive guidance through emotional and relational challenges. Across her work, she helps clients develop greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, confidence, and connection to their values.
Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, or a challenging life transition, Jenni offers a safe and supportive environment where you can work through what you are facing at your own pace.
