Mastering Emotions & Strengthening Connections

This 16-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group is designed for youth and their caregivers. Participants will learn skills like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and conflict resolution.
